These rules come into force immediately in the fight against the corona virus, throughout Germany

Citizens are urged to reduce contact with other people outside the members of their own household to an absolutely necessary minimum.
In public, wherever possible, a minimum distance of at least 1.5 metres must be kept from others than their companion. “Better two metres”.
The stay in public space is only allowed alone, with another person not living in the household or in the circle of members of one’s own household. More than two people are therefore not allowed to be outside together – unless they are people from the same household. It is therefore still allowed to go for a walk with a friend – but not with two friends at the same time. Exceptions should apply to: Funerals, use of public transport, meetings that are absolutely necessary for social, professional and official reasons, as well as for examination and care reasons. But: In Bavaria you are not allowed to meet anyone who is not part of the family without a good reason.
The way to work, emergency care, shopping, visits to the doctor, participation in meetings, necessary appointments and examinations, help for other or individual sports and exercise in the fresh air as well as other necessary activities remain allowed.
Violations of the contact restrictions are to be monitored by the regulatory authorities and the police, and sanctions will be imposed in the event of violations.Fines of 25,000 euros for administrative offences and, in the case of particularly serious violations, further criminal consequences up to imprisonment would be the consequence.
Catering establishments will be closed. The delivery and collection of take-away food for consumption at home is excluded.
Personal hygiene services such as hairdressers, beauty salons, massage parlours, tattoo studios and similar establishments will be closed. However, medically necessary treatments remain possible.
In all establishments and especially those open to the public, it is important to comply with hygiene regulations and implement effective protective measures for employees and visitors.
These measures should be valid for at least two weeks; in NRW these measures should be valid until April 19.
