Property Market: Offers and demand is back after shutdown

Data from ImmoScout24 show that supply and demand have recovered to the level before the contact restrictions after a short-term decline in mid-March. Activity in some areas is even higher, for example in the number of property listings of residential to commercial properties and exposé calls. A major slump has failed to materialise. Instead, the German real estate market is proving very stable during the crisis. Contrary to some assertions, prices have not collapsed either.
