Berlin real estate market

Berlin is worth living, and still cheap in comparison to other German and European metropolitan cities.
According to a recent real estate study, the German capital ranks first among investors in Europe, even though the capital cities of the euro crisis states are now considered a hot tip.
Berlin has overtaken the Bavarian capital of Munich. It was asked about the European real estate markets with the biggest investment opportunities. Hamburg is also among the leaders in the ranking, ahead of Munich.
The capital city of Berlin is benefiting particularly strongly from the investment pressure on investors resulting from the low yield for many other asset classes. Due to the intense competition for lucrative objects, we expect a tight supply this year. The lack of suitable properties is currently seen as the biggest problem of the European real estate market.
At the same time, this assessment explains the special position of Berlin. The city offers excellent fundamentals and has a favorable price level in international comparison.
The Bavarian capital of Munich is perceived by the investors as very high-priced, but convinces by high purchasing power, economic stability and a positive image in particular investors, whose focus is on valuable investments.
