Berlin Socialists are buying back 6,000 flats that they had previously sold cheaply

The socialist government coalition of the Berlin Senate buys almost 6000 apartments in Spandau and Reinickendorf back and cheers. The Communists, as well as Building Senator Lompscher, celebrate this dubious coup. This is expensive for the taxpayer.

The municipal company Gewobag buys these properties from the Luxembourg company Ado Properties for 920 million euros.
There are former social housing owned by the GSW (Deutsche Wohnen Group), which were previously squandered cheaply.
